Using a Databox - Messages & Tasks

A ‘Databox – Read’ can be used to display the contents of a Databox within a Message or Task.

When editing the body text of a Message or Task, the list of available Databoxes is displayed in the Bookmark Selection in the Navigation Pane.

To display the contents of the Databox in the body of the Message or Task, drag the relevant Databox to the required position. A bookmark will be placed onto the message that refers to that Databox.

Once the message has been saved, the Databox value will display as part of the message when it is displayed to the end user.
